Just starting to get back into it now. It no longer feels weird pulling on my running stuff, so that's a plus point. Weight-wise I'm still way heavier than I have been before, coming in at about 11st 4-5 in the morning. That being said, I don't think that it's an extra 5lb of body fat, more likely that the increase in site work since I was last training has led to some additional muscle. I'm definitely stronger than I used to be, with more upper-body capability so it would make sense.
