Was near enough a 2 mile walk from were we parked the Motohome and then i did a lil warm up but yet again was freezing and lost feeling in my hands so just started.

Orienteering race (Classic) 1:05:32 [3] **** 7.5 km (8:44 / km) +300m 7:17 / km
spiked:23/26c shoes: Jalas O Shoes

Race was actually 6.1 km with 300m climb need to check Garmin for distance. Was an okay race i just went slow as it was really slippy and dangerous and didnt want to injure myself before the british but i still came fist by a clear 5 minutes so not bad :) I made a error on control 2 and lost about one minute, then 6 lost a minute and a half,14 was a long leg and i took the hill route that was so slippy and dangerous should of just gone round and done the distance at pace, and that was it rest wasnt to bad :)

Walk to the start and then a few drills up and down the path but was wet and cold so hurried up and just started.

Orienteering race (Urban) 31:50 [3] *** 7.0 km (4:33 / km) +20m 4:29 / km
spiked:27/30c shoes: Fell Running Shoes

Was Mens Open and was 4.8km. Pretty good areas was nice to have a little bit of wood at the begining with little legs to try trick you straight away and then a long leg out the woods, going out on the woods on the long leg i couldnt remember punching it so went back wasting about 40 seconds, then there was just a few slow legs and route choices i could of done diferently and being on the wrong side of fences etc. think i could of got it under 30 mins really but i still came 1st so not bad at all :)

Rather stiff this morning so decided to do a bit of stretching to wake me up/ loosen my legs.

Am so so so so tired lately work is killing me atm need more sleep I think but i can never get to sleep before 11:00. Just a session to loosen up for we go away in the motorhome this weekend racing.

Just a few press ups to wake me up am feeling rather tired today which isnt good as i have meeting :/ dont want to fall asleep, will try do some form of training tonight.

Mainly stomach and arms but still working all the inside and stomach region. Cycle tomorrow and then Orienteering Saturday and Sunday. Next week will be and easy week as it will the the BOC Long and Relay and then Super Sunday WOOOOOOOOO

Warm up and down didnt do too much tbh, just ran up and down the track and did some stretchs, may start going for longer warm downs on the areas from now on after my run.

Actuall only 4.8km didnt feel to well so concentrating was hard but still not a bad run made few stupid mistakes from not concentrating . Biggest of my mistakes was a 90 degree error at 7 not sure why but compass seemed a little funny but i should of noticed lost about 2 minutes. The rest was just really scrappy here and there should of done about 37 when taking mistakes off.
