5 min 8:50/6% (wasn't able to hold did 9:10/6%)))
15 min cool down at 10 min/mile/0%

Thus I found the 8:50/6% quite a bit more difficult for me than the 7:15 at 0%. As you can see, I ended up slowing down the pace to 9:10/6%. I think incline is always harder for me. Does this mean I'd be relatively better at flat races?
