had a prackyy :) we did the half lap warm up then some touch a cone backpedle sprit stuff with like different things added each timee

then some shooting

then a scrimage for 20 min or soo

and you reallllyyyyy suck i couldnt move my arms this morning when i got up and soccer was killing my legs thanks to you

i love em but i hate them you killed me with all those hills (i was searching for a good branch to hit you with)

i was dead by the end but felt good finishing that last hill

and that water fight was soooo unfair

i went for the swim after the run i was dying but i still went :p

i did seven (there and back is one)

the pool is 25m

i will now go crawl up on my friends couch and hibernate for the nite (y)

i tried the bike out and i was fine with it the seat was really unconfortable if you know what i mean so i stopped earlier than i had wanted to but i am going out with my dad to look for something to make it more comfy.

then the ten minutes of cardio that you didnt join me on :p

had fun (y) but my feet and legss kill plus i had to shower the second i got homee cause that water rankss!!!!

i had a soccer practice with a new team
warm up was half the field with the ball doing different ball controls on each side, then you had to shuffle through cones then volley a ball back to the coach
after that we did latters, then a drilll that had us shuffling then a short sprit
then we practiced shots on the net, then 1v1s and then a short scrimmage
than a cool down run from on net to the other and back
