My knees are feeling better now. I am back to doing fast walking/running.
Today (8/14/2012) I did:
At incline = 0, warm up 10 mins at pace=20, ran 5 mins at pace=15, fast walking 5 mins at pace = 20, ran 5 mins at pace = 15, fast walking 5 mins at pace =20, ran 5 mins at pace=15, and fast walking 5 mins at pace =20.
Total time: 40 mins.
