Cristina thought that having me walk for 30 seconds after every 5 minutes of walking would help me run for a longer period of time. It seemed to work but I'm not sure that it was the best ratio because I went on strike after about 40 minutes but then recouped some energy and ran for a bit more.

Hiking 2:00:00 [4]

Whew. Altitude really does make a difference. We went hiking on the crest trail in the Sandia mtns today. I was gulping for air like a little fish, supposedly because of the elevation. It was a beautiful trail right on the well, crest of the mtn.
