Roaches run again.Doing back to backs to build endurance. Stopped at Ramshaw to watch passing clouds fell race for a few moments then joined in with pack for a few miles. Felt better than the Saturday as drinking fluids.

FRA Relays at Llanberis. Leg 2 with gareth. I felt rubbish. As soon as I started to ascend I felt as though there was nothing in the tank. Weather conditions raining and high winds but even so a poor run from me. I think Limone took more out of me than I thought. Back to basics with training.

Fell Race race (Skyrace; Limone) 3:04:00 [5] 23.5 km (7:50 / km) +2000m 5:30 / km

Limone Skyrace. Started off mid pack due to hip flexor strain. Course narrows to a lot of single path and could not over take people on the ascent very easily. Need to start out fast to get into a good position. Descent OK but hip flexor was starting to hurt by then. Finished 3rd V45. Room for improvement but not too bad.
