Circuits 45:00 [5]

We were put into pairs, one person doing either; sit ups, press ups, the plank, arm dips, squats or squat thrusts for 30 - 40 seconds. And the other person running at a cruising pace (pretty fast) around the outside. After 30-40 seconds the pair swapped round and this carried on until the circuit was complete. This was all repeated 3 times

Run intervals (Lactate session) 30:00 [5]

2x (4x hard intervals then 1x role on interval) then 3 min rest and repeated 4 times

Orienteering race (Loc club champs) 55:29 [4] 6.2 km (8:57 / km)

Short Jog to warm up then a hectic 3 loops adding up to round about 6 km. and after talking to natalie, it is without question, a lot more training is needed!
