We were put into pairs, one person doing either; sit ups, press ups, the plank, arm dips, squats or squat thrusts for 30 - 40 seconds. And the other person running at a cruising pace (pretty fast) around the outside. After 30-40 seconds the pair swapped round and this carried on until the circuit was complete. This was all repeated 3 times
