Beautiful Canyon. Everyone ran so I just hiked solo since I'm not supposed to run right now. Got bluff charged 3 times in the meadow by 2 moose at sunrise. One really big one and one medium. It definitely made me nervous since I was solo and there wasn't much protection if they decided to keep coming at me. Got my heart-a-pumpin'!. Went up to saddle at trail split and overlook to ski area. Ran back down easy to try and get a little running in when it wasn't too steep down. Fun to run, but it definitely flared some stuff up. Got to parking lot before others, then went up other trail for a mile, then turned around and came back to make sure they weren't back. Fun & pretty.....but I can't wait until I can run again!

OR day. Oh, I wish I had a bike! Walked up all around Fletcher's neighborhood while talking to J on phone....then got an itch to go up Grainger Peak or at least get to TH, but got blocked by highway and had to get back before dark. Hip sore, but nothing horrible.

Strength/Weights (Legs & a little upper) 45:00 [4]

Lifted @ uccs over lunch. Best (and most painful) weights session on a long time. Legs hardcore, then a little of everything on upper body too.
