4x1km loops (just less than 1km)
Times 2.56, 2.57 , 3.15, 3.06
So happy with the first two.
Apparently karina who went to world youth did times close to my first two only she could do 4 at that pace before slowing down a bit. So I just have to improve my fitness.
Felt really great!
