This was alright. Joe and I slammed the first one. This was probably not the most intelligent way of running the workout. We proceeded to fall off pretty hard after that. The small hills were pretty good though. Despite the really fast opening interval and the sloppy conditions, I believe that things went pretty well. Definitely one of the harder hill workouts that we have ever done.
