This was alright. Joe and I slammed the first one. This was probably not the most intelligent way of running the workout. We proceeded to fall off pretty hard after that. The small hills were pretty good though. Despite the really fast opening interval and the sloppy conditions, I believe that things went pretty well. Definitely one of the harder hill workouts that we have ever done.

This was alright. Once again, I felt super sick. However, the workout went much better this week. The times were pretty decent and I felt stronger. However, I need to work on thinking more about form, and being more relaxed when things get tough.

This was solid. Joe and I were cruising really nicely and hitting the splits with complete ease. Felt really strong and smooth throughout and I was requiring very little effort to hit the splits. I am definitely feeling super fit during these workouts.
