Good quality, HF hurt on the 30 secs fast.

Awesome run, felt good. Ran with almost everyone. On the way back I rolled it down with Danielle. HF hurt as soon as I went a little faster.

Good bike. Really tough, went up the mountain and took 27:10 uphill to our cabin.

Not bad. Had some good Pace changes and good effort.

HF was fine

HF was around 2 to start then went down to 1.

Overall not bad. Felt the altitude on the hill s for sure.

Pre act, 9x lunges, run, hip mobility, drills, basic strength. Roll/stretch,

Awesome run , HF was sore for the first half then really good. Heat was getting to me and I felt drained. Pace wasnt crazy so don't know.

Hour 1:30 bike.

Pre act, 8x lunges, bike, 30 drills, basic strength, roll/stretch, river cold tub.

Good quality. Felt okay. No HF pain since it was bike.

Running 15:00 [3] 3.3 km (4:33 / km)

15 shake out then roll/stretch then cold tub. HF pain was around a 1 or 2.

Awesome run. Felt great. Hip flexor was good for about 45 mins then felt tight. Pain was still only around 1.

felt good; strength went well. felt pretty tired but quality was good. Hip flexor pain was around a 2-3 during moving around.

45 run at gratten. Awesome run!. hip flexor pain was around a 1 0r 2. barely noticable. went at normal off day pace and felt good.

stretch and ice after. Enjoyable run.

Good day, worked hard on the elip.

Hip flexor felt pretty good. pain was around a 3 again.

run was great, emjoyed every minute of it.
hip f lexor pain was around a 3 similar to last week. didnt spill much soup which was good.

Hip flexor pretty bad from the testing the day before. pain was back at around 6.
