Ran 5 miles today. I was a little slow on the first mile at 9 miles an hour but pretty much hit all the rest of the miles at 8 miles to the hour. My goal is a consistent 40 minutes for 5 miles. Obviously i would like to get to 7.5 miles an hour. i need new shoes. I purchased some on the interweb but they weren't wide enough. I hate getting shoes on the net.
