Assuming that all the uncontrollable things are good, quality of sleep is still a game of balancing the ratio between tiredness Vs stress levels. Overdid concentration last night and made my body stressed. Been a long time since it's felt like this and glad I don't have this feeling every night anymore! Knew at the time so can't complain and was biggest normal day so far, but did mean I took quite a long time to get to sleep. Easy concentration day coming up and hopefully won't be many more days before I can do the same thing without stressing the body too much.
