ETT:9 was well rested and ready to go!
Overall the workout went well, its hard to depict wether today was more difficult than thursday, they were both a challenge for sure! Got the breathing up and felt a decent amount of lactic acid. I would say my breathing was way more out of control on Thursday. Feet started to go numb so during the cool down I tried to lift them up as much as possible and kept my arms by my side oppose to holding onto the handles- more close to the running movement.
Pain: shins felt pretty good, didn't feel much pain at all
pool
6 min WU
abc/2
40/5/3sets
deep water running
ETT: 5 already felt really tired and drained from this morning, found it hard to focus during pool

Breathing was moderate, I was just really tired and more focused on getting it done that the actual workout, the pool wasn't open so I went to the complex as well.

Since I was really tired I took a nap as soon as I got home

pool 45:00 [3]
slept:8.0

6 min WU
ABC/2
2:30 down to 15
deep water running
hip mobility, ABC/ HOH
strength
Stretched
- felt pretty good, feeling a little sore from yesterday as I did weights, definitely was good to get the muscles moving today. I may have been a little conservative as I was a little paranoid of not having enough energy to go hard at the end. Shins didn't seem to bother me, except for mildly in the c run.

improved from Tuesday, less pain and didn't occur till in the later laps.

elliptical
5 min/ 30 sec hard/ 30 sec decently still hard but a bit easier/ 3 sets/ 2 min between
- felt like this workout was harder than tuesday, it was really hard for me to catch my breath, pretty much deep breathing the entire time.

15 min CD - what a relief! I was counting down till I got to finally recover, I didn't think it would have been as near as hard as it truly was. I mean after 2 min each set I was dying.

weights- did arms
push and sit
shin strengthening
stretched
iced
ETT:8 had a higher feeling of optimism as its the weekend for me!
