Run 5: 45:00 super slow flat or rolling "ultra pace" run.

*** This is so slow because I took my 11 yr old dog. As you can see she definitely forces me to run super SLOW. This was a super slow run and hike combo in Stratton Perserves (Chutes).

Run 1: 3hr easy rolling long run.

*** Garden of the Gods and Red Rocks trail systems.

*** I finally feel better today!

*** Pre-run meal
-tortilla with butter, sugar, & cinnamon, 1/2 cup coffee and water.

During run
- 2 Hammer gels and 6 Honey Stinger gummies and water.

** I was still pretty tired today and had trouble with turn over.
