I am glad I took 3 days rest. I am feeling much better. Even though I've been grumpy not getting my runs in. I did manage to get lots of yoga in during the last 3 days.
No big mistakes today, only small silly mistakes that cost a few seconds. Overall the course was easy to navigate through. For the first time ever, I could plan each control ahead and use map memory to guide my way swiftly through the course.
My running was a bit slow as I have been quite sick this week, but overall the race was a good one for me.
