Morning workout, ran and stuff, did supplemental strength, was supposed to do SUS, but i guess its okey. Did abs for the first time in awhile, man i'm weak in the knees

Long CL ski, first ski of the year! pumped to be on snow, super fun, but judging by my 1 1/2 hour nap after, i'm a wee bit tired. Worked on technique with Chrissy yelling and screaming at me to get my hips up while striding. Gotta work on that. Fell twice, but ya know, it happens to the best. Jake fell so that was funny.
