sat in a vehicle all day but finished early so got out earlier. a combination of going out too fast and the large amount fumes from of traffic meant i had to stop and walk a fair distance after the 1 km mark to be able to breath again. picked up after this and after stopping to give directions to a nice chineese man made it round in a little over Mondays time.

hadn't run for 8 days as i was misguidedley waiting for the 'heat wave' to finish... aparantly this is what a real summer feels like... to hot to do anything. kicked myself up the arse to get out and enjoyed it once I did but what i swear was a 5km course is now 600m shorter but still aiming to get to a park run soon ish and do a propper timed 5km with no stopping to cross roads or inspecting the wildlife (today saw sloes (nom gin) some interesting purple flower spikes and a bunny wabbit... nyaaawww)
