Set a record on the speed wall at rock climbing in PE. Athletics dinner till late so no run :/

4 x 1km loops jogging with 3min rest. Slowly getting back into it

Wen to the Blood Bank and donated this afternoon! It all went really well, but I only got home late and obviously didn't run. Lack of sleep may have been due to the unfinished assignment but it's all done finally!!!

shoes: Asics Gel-trigger

Sprints at Koojaraewon with 2 courses (Which one and Which Two).There were multiple controls within a few metres of eachother which made looking at the control description a must. Great courses by was slightly confused as to which one we were doing :')
