Trail Running 1:54:00 [3] 15.33 km (7:26 / km)

Palgrave forest, was sore in the knees for the first 4-5km but felt better once warmed up. Board walk out to dead forest, and back through to lot...lost Sabrina and had to loop board walk once again. Wet and cold morning.

Took on the North Face Course today with BGY, felt strong and solid all the way through. First climb up Blue was solid (to my surprise), and through out day felt energy. Weather was perfect; no rain no sun very little humidity and a slight breeze.

Palgrave Thursday...fell into zone and kept moving along, loving the trail and huge huge improvement over last night road run.

Tonight had one of hardest runs...ate dinner to close to run, hit and humid (hard to breathe) and on the roads.

Mountain bike Mt Hope to OldChurch, workout and then ride back.
