Note

Did a park run did something ridiculous like 21.30/22. Seem to be doing awful at the moment, felt fine Wednesday but since then I've just been going dreadful. Feeling ill/faint and just generally bad which is really disheartening as I'm training hard just going backwards. All this training has just made me 2 minuets slower what a joke.

Dropped out. Stomach felt weird and was running well behind what I should be which made me feel stressed so I dropped back even further before stopping. 2x4 mins at a crawl and half a 4 min and part of a 2 min. Disheartening.

After sprinting to the start (messed up alarms an hour late) we where a bit frazzled so dumped about 10 mins on the first 2 controls, frustrating! Then luckily found the next before getting into a rythem. The first bit was rough so my shoes where digging into my ankles then when we hit the track my right knee got really sore, which later meant my left achilies got really sore too. So hobbled the reamaining 2.30 hours, frustrating as it was pain not muscles slowing us down! Better control selection and a sprint finish meant we where first female team but they've stopped doing prizes now for us :-( good fun weakens hoping my knee and achilies heel really soon and its an omm niggle! Natalie was fantastic!
