Went to see Tim someone in Leeds to look at my running and give some analysis. Basically tight right hipflexor so got stuff for that. Make me roll in. Also buy square ended trainers to stop my bunions. Also walk around barefoot and wear minimal shoes. And buy football boots with soft material e.g. nikes not adidas.

Saw Jannine. Absolute hero. Identified tight ankles and sorted them out (got her spoon thing and went around the ankle both sides and up the outside and inside of shin) on both legs but mainly left. Build up jog/walk durations by running every other day. Quite positive that its calmed down. Need to get heather to do this
