Up on a snowy moor. Had plans to go up to the top on the road but far too icy so stuck with just going to Swastika stone and back. Lovely day and snow looks so nice!! Throat still there

8min jog 1 min walk x 4 on the moor. Slow rocky path but soft as well. Some very slight uncomfort in L shin but nothing to make me stop. Throat still not better

Walked up to tunnel bridge with Lucy and then went on the soft ground up to just past swastika stone and then back. 7 min jog 1 min walk x 4. Nothing at all except a tiny uncomfort at points on the way back down. So windy and cold weather has returned

Note

Went to see Tim someone in Leeds to look at my running and give some analysis. Basically tight right hipflexor so got stuff for that. Make me roll in. Also buy square ended trainers to stop my bunions. Also walk around barefoot and wear minimal shoes. And buy football boots with soft material e.g. nikes not adidas.

Note

Saw Jannine. Absolute hero. Identified tight ankles and sorted them out (got her spoon thing and went around the ankle both sides and up the outside and inside of shin) on both legs but mainly left. Build up jog/walk durations by running every other day. Quite positive that its calmed down. Need to get heather to do this

Tester before tomorrow. With Lucy along dales way so flat and grassy. Some walking some jogging. Not pain and some v slight discomfort.
