Running (Operation: Annual Leave) 58:30 [3]
shoes: NB - really wide comfy ones

Another run up to North Head but this time we checked out all these funky new metal walking tracks up there that have just been built this year - theyre kind of like the Kosciuszko one. Finished up at manly wharf to get a boost juice, I got my favourite, passion mango, then 30 seconds later froze my throat, kind of like an ice-cream headache but in your throat. It was worth it though

Christmas day run with Grant...another cool fun run along the majority of the Manly Scenic Walk track which goes from Manly to the Spit. We ran from Fairlight to the spit and back to Fairlight beach where it was way too cold to go in (but Grant did). I got tired in the last part, but it's such a nice run you forget about how you're feeling. The houses near 40 baskets beach are super amazing, i could live in any of them

One of my favourite runs...Went with Grant from Fairlight, down through Manly, around some beach inlet (Collins beach?) - there is a sign saying there are penguins there but I never get to see them, up to North Head and back down past some other beaches and back to Manly then Fairlight. Views are awesome up at Noth Head, and the trees are very sydney scrublike and there's a spot where you have to climb through a hole in ye olde stone wall.

Our faux Christmas Run at Tumbarumba...but it wasn't actually christmas! After opening presents, Grant, Ria, Al, Rob and ran around the vineyard, into mcPhersons property i think, down to tumba creek, and up Union Jack road back to the farm.
