First harder run back since the marathon last week. Feeling really good. Could use some more sleep though. My knees have been a little twingy all week since the marathon too. SO ready to get back into a good routine with lots of running.
I've been running twice a day almost everyday for the last 5 weeks ish. But some days are just 20 minutes in the morning and 20 at night with Dizzy Dog.
