Felt good and strong - no watch so had to go by counting my steps. Maybe not ideal because it takes my focus away from running harder.

easy long run. felt better and better as the run progressed. Was super tired from a long day of work and the last thing I wanted to do was go for a run. Downed a bottle of beer and half a date cake - which helped with motivation.

First harder run back since the marathon last week. Feeling really good. Could use some more sleep though. My knees have been a little twingy all week since the marathon too. SO ready to get back into a good routine with lots of running.


I've been running twice a day almost everyday for the last 5 weeks ish. But some days are just 20 minutes in the morning and 20 at night with Dizzy Dog.
