went really hard

run to th roismala graveyard, then to the gym, then did strength...
4x.5 of my own weight benching. (old weight)
crunches
5x10 pushups etc.
then ran back to vammala and down to pororanta and jumped off dock, the ran home.
-leaving for helsinki and tallina today.

- went to a HUGE beach Yteri...was on the sea! went swimming, running around and fried in the sun. was rather fun.

(crunches 100, 10x5 pushups, plank...the usual,, skipping)
then ran to pororanta and jumped off the first tower, then ran home.
-went to mirja (another of moms aunts camp) and swam and sauna'd)

skiing!!! @ a tunnel in jami
- full loop is 1.2 km
- did 10 lapsthen lost track...probably 14-15.
was nice to ski...a bit borring in circles but better then pollwalking.
(was all downhill on the way there and all uphill on the way back)
