mother hill. did 2 times up pollwalking then did rest of them doing some parts striding. except last one which i pollwalked.
wqas getting pretty tired towards last few reps.

warm up/down 1:00:00 [3]

pollwalked as a wam up and ran/walked as a cool down. (parked at cent so had to go in and out from there.

at cant with n.p. felt like we were going at a pretty good pace...maybe im just tired though.

ran 3x the cent loop.

ran with h.s. happy with times
...ran considerably faster then usual
first lap was my fastest lap of the year.
looks like i may have to get hill to come out with me more often...or just learn to go fast on my own.

Run warm up/down 20:00 [3]

ran RTH 7 times doing strides (sprinting)
then ran to bridge and back as cool down.

at hanger. did the A.k. circut and 15 min core.
with L&H S.
7-feeling really tired and have a midterm today.
