skiing skate warm up/down (Nationals U Relay) 1:20:00 [2] 5.0 km (16:00 / km)

warmed up skiing, cooled down running.

skiing skate race (Nationals U Relay) 15:00 [3] 3.0 km (5:00 / km)

partnered with Hilary Schrama. Hil lost her pole on her first lap. we were right at the back. by some miracle caught up and ended up third. happy with race. Hil skied very well.

skied the sprint course a few times testing skis, then skied 5km high course, did a few sprints, then did sprint course another couple times doinf some sprints.
Running mighty low on snow.

nice day out. was good to go early got a lot of work done later on in the day.

stayed up really late getting hw done. feel better though for having it done.

first bit of 5km loop then workout,then last bit of 5km loop.

skiing skate tempo (enduring speed) 35:00 [4] 5.0 km (7:00 / km)

3x a loop of kenedies, 2.8 and tricky corner loop. think i may have done a longer loop than intended (garmin said it was 2.3km) 80%,85%, 90%.
Felt good.
