Had a free personal trainer session at the gym. Gave me a plan to tone up. Similar to what I was doing with Paddy but still learnt how to use a few more machines.

Body conditioning class at the Glasgow gym. Was really good. Circuit stations working lots of different areas. Was knackered

Gym with Paddy. Did leg work on lots of the machines and squats and lunges too. He showed me exercises he does during his abs class so that was good, I'll defs do them in the future.

Gym with Paddy in Edinburgh. Did some different things with him so that was good. Did a bit of interval training on the treadmill and no pain from ankle so happy. Time now to sit, drink and watch rugby all day.

Still didn't want to put too much pressure on my ankle. Did a bit of running on the treadmill at the end and it did still hurt... Doesn't help that I'm on my feet all day running about like a headless chicken.

Didnt want to put pressure on my ankle so did some cross training, arm things and abs. :)

Just a short run from dropping off the car to ease off a bit after yesterday. My ankle did start hurting a bit yesterday during the run and it came back today which is a bit annoying and does look a wee bit swollen so will have to keep an eye on it :)

Running race 52:18 [4] 10.0 km (5:14 / km)

Great Scottish Run 10k in Glasgow with Shona (and Simon for support). Never done a race like that before and enjoyed it so much! Was a great atmosphere and fun run! Was nice to get a cheer from Bryony going up the hill right at the beginning and nice to get a message on the Great Wall of Support! Was aiming for under 55 mins so really pleased with the time! Will defs be entering the half marathon next year!
