Bench press - 3 sets 10kg - 10,10,10 (struggled with last one)
Bar dips (36kg assistance) - 2 sets (as many as possible) - cant remember how many...
Chin ups (45kg assistance) - 3 sets (as many as possible) - think I did about 7 or so
Upright row - 3 sets (25kg) - think it was about 8 each time
Squats - 3 sets (20kg) - cant remember how many. First time using the squat rack, felt weird
Deadlift - (10kg + whatever the bar is) - I suck at deadlifts still. Forgot to watch Andrews video, will need to do that!
