Started a little late to get some sleep. Serious regrets - the humidity was killing me

From home I ran to UKZN, then did 6*4 minutes at 3:40/km with 2 minutes between each. I had to stop for water after every 2, which I never do

Ran back out the varsity and then walked, because I was so hot that I was starting to feel cold...luckily mom was on hand to pick me up
