Hill run long 2:50:00 [3] 14.0 mi (12:09 / mi)

Run part of the west highland way, up Ben Lomond and back. Kept a steady pace all the way up. Stopped and packed back 3 times and had a recovery at the top. Steady descending all the way down. Short recovery at Bottom then easy/steady jog along west highland way to car. Enjoyed the climb. Not so much descent. Legs need to get used to it again.

4mile cycle commute to meet up for travel to run. Total 8 mile cycle.

Intervals 1:15:00 [4]

2mile warm up. 8x1min reps 1min rec. 4x30sec strides to finish just over a mile cool down. Pace varied from 5.24/mile - 5.50/mile. Some reps were on an incline. Tried to get them as flat as possible. Most reps in the 5.30s/mile. Slightly tired from running consistently every day this week but it's a good feeling.

Steady run 53:25 [3] 7.5 mi (7:07 / mi)

Steady run with a few gradual hill climbs. Legs slightly tired on hills after session yesterday. Happy with pace and felt good running. Watch relocated during run so was off a bit with distance/time but I know the loop well.

Steady run (Intervals) 1:15:00 [4]

Completed a 20 minute session. Warm up just over a mile, 3x6minute hill loops undulating. 4x30second hill strides to finish. First session I have completed for months. Felt good although could feel myself tiring during 6 minutes so shortened session and did strides. Pleased with first session back.
