Jogging (Rucksack Jog) 1:30:00 [4]
Three person exercise
One person slow jogs around track (preferably uneven grassy terrain) while wearing rucksack containing cinder-block and holding twenty pound kettle-bell in arms. Other two teammates sprint around track (as many times as needed) until the weighted runner finishes a lap. Upon finishing the lap the weight is passed to another teammate and the exercise is repeated. If the weighted runner reaches the end of his/her lap and the other two teammates are still running then the weighted runner waits in the front leaning rest (push-up) position while wearing weight until relieved. The exercise creates a sense of urgency to relieve his/her partner from exhaustion therefore pushing the team to their limit.
There is no specified distance nor time limit for this exercise.
