Easy 55 min run at 9:40 pace. I feel really good about the race tomm. Just treating it as a long run.

Took the day off today today bc i hadnt had one all week. Used this time to recover and make sure the legs are good to go for the weekend

I feel alot better today. Legs feel good and not tired. Body feels back to normal! On the treadmill i did the min on min off workout.

12 min warm up

min on at 7:03 min off at 9:10

12 min cooldown

Workout felt good and I was able to run controlled and finish on a good note. Legs felt good and I feel back to my old self again.

I decided to do another easy run today bc i still just wasnt feeling upto par for a workout day. I decided to take action on recovery and put on some compression boots for the legs. I took in more nutrition and electrolytes. Hopefully I'll feeel better tomm.

Very slow recovery run today. My legs felt heavy and I didnt not feel the greatest. That run must of took alot more out of me then i thought. Usually i can bounce back from my long runs. Again, lesson learned on running at my own pace and taking care of myself the night before a long run. Also the humidity on that long run yesterday was a killer. We havent had a almost 80 degree day here in a long time.

Today was a rough run. Probably the toughest run I had to date. I blame myself for staying up late, not hydrating and trying to run with a group that is alot faster then I am right now. It was a really hard run and I struggled the last hour. Lesson learned today on many levels!!
