20 pushups
25 bw squats
10 V-ups
30sec Wall squat
10 - 10 second supermans w/5 secs rest

Set 1 - 6:15 (don't think I counted the step ups correctly)
Set 2 - 6:51
Set 3 - 6:28 (in my haze forgot the wall squats)
