Morning PT with NJROTC. Lots of shoulder and bi lifts then several rounds of sit-ups and push-ups until I could do no more.

Running 45:00 [2] 5.0 mi (9:00 / mi)

Real easy jog for track.

PT 20:00 [2]

A little lifting after running. Some squats, benchpress, and shoulder presses.

Orienteering race 40:15 [4]

Ran an urban score-O event. Solid orienteering, felt a little sluggish the second half, though.

1 mile jog, 1.5 mile tempo at 6:30 pace, short breather 1.5 mile tempo at 6:20 pace, 1 mile cool down.
