shoes: Adistar Boost

First run for about 5 days due to injury. Legs felt a bit rusty but slowly got into it. The running group started to split, with me being in the back, I tried to bridge the gap. However, I ended up in between. Felt better doing the route than last time, but felt I could have gone faster if I was with others.

Route: Racecourse (Racecourse first, Hill Second)
