Other (Soccer) 30:00 [2]

Dal Med women's intramural soccer game... dominated the game but went scoreless for the first half. Heather and another classmate managed to put a ball each in the net, then I followed suit to bring the game to a 3-0 close. Nice. Sure to be sore from not having played soccer for the past 2+ years!!

Another nice morning run with Heather out to PPP, through some loops, and back on the road. Left knee is starting to cause me pain again, likely because I have been ultra lazy and haven't been running or doing strength training regularly. My own damn fault...

Running 38:01 [2]
ahr:159 max:180 shoes: New Balance 907 Off-Road

Shorter run with Heather out along the train tracks, across to Tower, and back along the other side of the tracks. Early enough to miss the rain, which was nice. Definitely getting out of shape; class and errands and studying seem to eat up most of my spare time, which sucks...

Running 50:08 [2]

Run with Heather out to PPP and through some loops before heading back home along the same side of the tracks. Beautiful afternoon, sunny, but not too hot. Definitely feels good to get out running again, but my legs are going to be sore tomorrow...
