Note

Hamstrings still super sore and not sleeping well at the moment so decided to take a rest day.

Legs were uber sore from the physio exercises yesterday so could only a manage a plod. Legs got better as I went along but still couldnt stride out much. Took the pup so there were a fw stops.

Physio exercises including agility. Was an interuppted session and muscles probably werent warm enough for some of the exercises.
