Rollerskating 48:00 [2]
Another session at the Redwood Roller Rink. It was more crowded today. This time I did not start with a lesson. My feet and shins felt crampy until I was warmed up, about 15 minutes, and the front of my skate seemed to cut into my shin, so I changed the lacings so the top two hooks were not done. Lots of obstacles (little kids) today, so didn't practice my moves as much. Last 2 skate sessions I learned backward skating, pushing off, crossovers, skating on one foot with the other knee raised, skating on one foot with the other foot extended back.
Didn't take my HR, but I got sweaty, so I figured it merits intensity 2.
