Running 35:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks adrenaline

Ran up the road to do my hills session but i couldn't do it. I tried to do one hill rep and died. Couldn't run hard. Not sure if this relates to low B12 or folate??! So i just went for a run around instead of the hills.

Running 34:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks adrenaline

Ran around lake Gwelup after work. Doc told me i have low folate...wonder if that's making me tired?! Hmm must get folate tablets soon. Nice to run in the evening though.

Ran around south perth when Kev was playing golf. It was heaps of fun and a really nice run. I was really glad i did it. Nice running weather too. Not too hot. Nice fresh smell!

Running hills 39:47 [3]
shoes: Brooks adrenaline

Ran around Trigg. Have been pretty tired for last week. Thought it might have been that sore throat about a weekish ago still hanging around but got an iron test today just in case.
32.55 for the loop and i would like to keep doing this loop and getting progressively harder so i'll make sure i keep timing the same time.

riding 52:00 [3] 22.0 km (2:22 / km)

Rode into the city to meet dad. I really want to get back into more running but i hate running by myself (fear of being attacked and also it's boring) and dad's calf has been playing up lately so he's not running and lauren has just gone overseas dam! Haven't been for a ride in a while anyway so it was good to get on the bike for a bit. I get really sore ischial tuberosity's after though.
