I did the second bike for our team, after Kye ran 10k and Ria rode the same ride as me but much much faster. I wasnt even at the tag line when she got there. It went up the trunk track on stromlo which was fine, though I was a bit more wobbly than I would have like but then we had to go down the "slab" track which I have never been down and was a bit too scary for me. I ended up running my bike down most of it. We then cruised back around the blue scott track to the dam and back along the firetrail, it was fun to go really fast at the end. Kate ran the last 10k and I'm not sure where we came but it was a fun day out and we got bennies which would fit a gaints head. Might give it to dad.

Afternoon run with Kylie and I felt like I was dying, new shoes didnt even help. Ran up mt painter and then down around the edge of blacky and up aranda hill and home.

12 x 1 minutes with 30seconds in between with the cockatoos, but my group was really just Jo and Heather and Miss Jones for the first few.

4 x 3minute loop around south oval and sullivans with Kye, JLA, and Miss Jones. I was very tired today and it was even hard to get out of bed. My legs feel very heavy and sore from city2surf.

Bridge to bridge and then around oval to goal posts.
