Great road ride with Dr. Hirota. Rode lower springbank in a nasty hwind but came back in record time. Simon had 2 flats, but oddly I had none?
Rode well, felt pretty good and overall pretty pumped about the first outdoor roadie of the year.

Skate Skiing 1:30:00 [3]

Solid skate session at Canmore with Alice. Weather was amazing: sunny and a couple degrees above 0. Snow was a mix of firm, to crusty, to slushy (rare) but awesome, and fast. Skated out and backs to stay with Alice and then went from end of trail to base at 3/4 speed...solid effort that had the heart pumping, but I felt really solid. Glad to be out.

Amazing day at Sunshine Village. Great snow, sunny, and got lots of runs in. Hiked up from Wawa chair and did some powder...nothing serious though. Skied 1045-1630. Went with Slavinski and Debby. Will be back.

AM blast: abs and stretching. Good solid core workout, although 100 woodcutters/side left my lower back a bit sore...torsion still not good for me yet.

BLASTING 50:00 [3]

Lunch hour blast with Chad. Chest heavy, good solid workout. Bench, db press on ball, wobble board push ups w/wout bosu ball for feet. Body weight dips, and overhead tripress with rope.

back and legs blast with some ab stuff. Solid workout.

Cycling intervals 55:00 [4] 14.0 mi (3:56 / mi)

Spin on bike in gym today. 20 min warm up, 15 min interval Z4-Z5, 7 min z2, 3 min Z4, 10 min Z2 cool down. Great workout.

Chest and shoulder blast today. feeling good on the bench. DB press, pushups on wobble boards, front and lateral raises and rotator cuff stuff with cable, rear delt blast with resistance tubing.
Ab blasting afterwards with some lower body stretching.
