Cycling long 2:16:00 [3] ** 38.0 km (3:35 / km)

Mont des Cats MTB trail. Too much roads, and for some reason the course is such that most difficult but fun parts are always descending, and going up always on roads or large tracks. You only get half the fun. Anyway, I got some climb so it's good.

abdo. It feels like those exercices are less effective than before, which is a good sign because I'm in better shape now. So should I upgrade?
