am: Another test run. Another disappointing result. Felt a million dollars for the first minute and then I started to get a bit of discomfort in the right adductors. The old familiar strained adductors feeling. More localised now. On a normal day I might have expected them to warm up, but given the events of the last week I knew they would just gradually get worse. And they did. Gradually. At the end, the discomfort was about the same as it was in the Wed run. Only positive is that the discomfort and tightness is definitely much more localised.

am: A short run to test the adductors. They'd improved considerably over the last couple of days and I couldn't resist the temptation to run. I probably should have waited another day or two because they still felt tight when running and gradually became tighter as the run went on. Stopped before they started to be a problem. Not bad, but not quite as good as I thought they might be. Lots of stretching and massage coming up.

pm: At SportsMed Subi. A full session. The adductors were fine on everything. Experienced a little bit of discomfort on the balancing glutes but not enough to be a concern.
