am: In Kings Pk. Two laps; the first one about 12k, the second one about 9k. Same run as 2 weeks ago and an almost identical time.

am: Intervals on Hale Oval. 4x1k with 500 recoveries. Quite sore after the pump class on Tues and was severely tempted to just have an easy run. Then I convinced myself to just do the warm-up and run a single rep. After the warm-up I started thinking about 2 reps .... then the first rep was good, despite the soreness, so I started thinking about 3 ... and so on. Probably could have done 5, but I was a bit late starting so I left it at 4.
Quite pleased with this session considering how sore I am.

am: Perth Water ride. Got a nice tow along the river from UWA to the Narrows from a commuter who did the usual commuter thing and came blasting past and then slowed down to about my pace anyway. He tried pick up the pace and drop me about halfway without any luck ;-)
