Steady state run down bike path, and then along perimitter fence. Hot, but didnt get swooped by birds - so happy.

Same run as before, added in an extra 7 mins on the end to make 55mins. Felt much better, frozen water on the run was a life saver!

Im back - hoping to get fit again, and therefore time to start logging the ks again. Stinking hot and bloody humid up in Darwin. Early starts are the order of the day, and even then Im still a ball of sweat at the end of a short run.

Slow run from mess - northern exit bike path, return - complete loop road.
