Realy tough tests at Kaunas. Started with 60s jumping and at the end on bike. This time results were better than last year, so it means i'm on the right way.

In spite of this, again i realized that i need to improve my strengt. I hope this winter will be strengh winter.

Easy course in Panemune, Kaunas. In total about 2 min mistakes. At the beginning felt quite heavy after morning tests, but after few minutes running felt OK. Weather was fantastic and I enjoyed running.

National junior training camp. I was expected more toughier cource. Sprint course in city park. Nice course with some interesting routes. Almost without mistakes. No speed - no mistake.

I had to find second part of course controls and take it back.

Tommorow will be long distance. As i heard it will be just about 8 km, I was expected longer course.

Ice skating (Akropolis) 1:00:00 [3]

Easy skating in Kaunas. I like skating. Ice was too wet and it was quite hard to skate well, but later i improved my skating and I learnt how to stop fast. Well done.

Easy warm up/down. Felt really cold and sad, besauce I hate running at night.

Iprastinis krosiuks. Siandien patraukiau i miesto puse, per visus parkus ir Pasesupio parke su zemelapiu apie 30 min. Savijauta puiki.

Teko begti vakare. Labai nesmagu. Savijauta gera, tik pradejus begti truputi skaudejo keli, bet paskui praejo.

Lengvas pasivazinejimas roleriais. Reikia normaliu lazdu, nes sitos jau beveik visiskai sudilo.
