Tough muddy wet course but happy enough with race alot better than last weeks time trial.

messed up 4 and 12 just stupid mistakes. lost bout minute on both.
tired after time trial.

had to do most of the long course just following someone who was out there.(well for the first one, tried to speed it up as i went on, sadly i failed)

very poor. went well for first lap (6mins) but died for next 3. Should be alot faster. felt really tired cos walked from grafton street to time trial and was walking around for ages the day before
