Just a recovery run on the cliffs which turned into a disaster cos the path was all overgrown so i had to turn back. wanted the run to be longer but as i was running home i felt knackered anyway so i suppose its all for the best

Was dissapointed cos i was 2 mins slower than last year but i havent been training as regurlarly as last year.

Poor enough run was very hesitant to second and kept thinking i was farther then i actually was on the map. made a mess of no. 6 but other than that it was tiredness that got me. still managed to win the event.

Running race (Munster track & field 800) 2:31 [5] 0.8 km (3:09 / km)

was due to do 3k but was too late so they let me do the 800 instead. set off at a blistering pace and did 65 for the first lap but died on the second. shouldnt have gone out so hard cos the guy who won the race did it under 2mins which is savage running
